Our process works like this: Automated and secure SMS, IVR and/or Email messages ask for interactive responses from the patient, injured employee or their caregiver. Time and date of response is recorded and visual SMS messages appear on the patient or injured employees’ cell phone or pager. IVR messages are then delivered to the patient or injured employees’ cell or home phone.
